Terms for using Loggad
These terms apply between you and Loggad Solutions AB (company registration number 559598-9186, Undravägen 80, 761 72 Norrtälje, Sweden, registered office in Norrtälje, Stockholm County), which runs Loggad. How we handle your information is described on the Privacy page.
What Loggad is
Loggad helps you remember everything about your house, car, boat and whatever else you own. You take photos and upload documents, Loggad writes down what matters and answers questions from your journal. Each journal has a QR badge with a QR code that opens it.
The pilot
Loggad is in a pilot. This means that:
- the service is still being developed, and features may change, stop working for a while or be removed;
- During the pilot, what you give Loggad – questions, photos and documents – may be processed by OpenAI in the United States (see Privacy);
- there is no payment and there are no prices in the service. Questions are drawn from a credit balance that is free during the pilot. When it runs out, Loggad tells you how to reach us, and we top it up by hand.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You sign in with a passkey on your phone or computer. Look after it; anyone who can get into your device can get into your account.
- An account is personal. If someone else wants to use a journal, invite them.
The QR badge and the journal
- Whoever activates a QR badge becomes the owner of its journal.
- The journal belongs to the house, car or boat. If you hand the journal over to a new owner, the history goes with it: photos, documents and what was written down. Your own access then ends. Your Ask conversations stay in your account.
- You decide whom you invite, and you can remove anyone's access whenever you like. People you invite can add information; if they want to change something already in the journal, you decide.
What you put in
- What you upload is yours. You give us the right to store and process it so the service can work, as described on the Privacy page.
- Only add what you have the right to share. Do not add other people's personal information unnecessarily.
- Do not use Loggad for anything illegal, to harm others, or to try to get in where you have no access.
Loggad's answers
- Loggad bases its answers on what is in your journal, and can sometimes give general advice. Loggad says when an answer is general and does not come from your journal.
- Loggad can be wrong. Check important details against the original — you can always see where an answer came from.
- Loggad does not replace a qualified professional. Work on electricity, gas, load-bearing structures, brakes and anything else that can be dangerous must be done by someone qualified and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- If something is wrong, tap “Not right”.
Our responsibility
- We do our best to keep Loggad working and your information safe, but during the pilot we cannot promise that the service is always available or free of errors.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for damage that arises because you followed an answer from Loggad without checking it.
- Your rights under consumer law are never affected by these terms.
Stopping
- You can stop using Loggad whenever you like. If you want us to delete your journal or your account, email privacy@loggad.se.
- We may close an account that breaks these terms. Unless it is urgent, we will tell you first.
- If we end the pilot or the service, we will tell you in good time and help you download your journals.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you in Loggad before the change applies.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or to a general court.
